Quality Concerns

Should our quality assurance team validate a claim, we will gladly send a complimentary replacement order to your customer as quickly as possible. Our primary goal is to rectify any problems and ensure your customers are delighted with their purchases. If a replacement isn't feasible or your customers cannot wait for a new order, please inform us, and we'll process a refund.

Color Consistency

While we strive for color consistency, please note that printing is a chemical process, and 100% consistency may not be achievable. Variations within acceptable tolerance levels due to factors like machine type, settings, paper types, and environmental conditions are not covered under our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

For defective or damaged orders, including errors in quantity or lack of quality not related to the provided content, we will cover the costs of a new order should you wish to submit one.

Lost Orders Policy

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date, and we will promptly send a replacement order.

Return Policy

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we currently do not support returns. If you wish to reorder, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

Returned to Sender Policy

In cases where an order is returned to sender, please place a new order and contact us. We will report the issue and arrange for a refund of the product price for the new order, with you only covering the shipping costs.

Wrong Address, Rejected by Recipient, Unclaimed

If the courier deems an address insufficient, or if the recipient rejects or fails to claim the shipment, resulting in a return, please place a new order with updated details. You will be responsible for the costs of the new order, including shipping.
